Communication manager specialized in event management

✈   Roles: As our Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote Beyond Aero and its innovative products and services to our target audience. Your main focus will be on developing and executing exhibitions that showcase our products and educate our target audience about our groundbreaking technology.

Your role will consist in:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that promote Beyond Aero and its products and services
• Coordinate and execute exhibitions that showcase our products and educate our target audience about our technology
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with exhibition organizers, vendors, and partners
• Manage exhibition budgets, timelines, and logistics, including booth design, staff training, and event coordination
• Collect and analyze data from exhibitions to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including presentations and promotional videos, for exhibitions and other communication channels
• Provide communication support for internal initiatives and events

✈   About you

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in communication, with a focus on exhibitions and events
• Demonstrated ability to use Adobe software such as Indesign and Photoshop, with experience in Premiere Pro considered a plus
• Proven track record of successfully executing exhibitions and events that drive engagement and business results
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner in both french and English languages
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and website analytics is a plus
• Passion for sustainability, aviation, and emerging technologies

You will be working at Beyond Aero office in Paris, France. Partial remote working is possible.
