✈   About us: We believe that aviation will be electric in the next decades, and that we need to make this transition happen as soon as possible. Beyond Aero is a startup of 15 passionate people currently building a two-seater hydrogen powered flying aircraft demonstrator. Meanwhile, we are designing a business aircraft able to reach 1000 miles around the hydrogen powertrain.

We are looking for the next 10 people who want to shape the future of aviation with us. One of them will be in charge of sales, market, customer relationships and commercial partnerships.


✈   Subject: Head of Sales

  • Lead business development activities, gather users/clients inputs and feedback;
  • Lead intent/interest and sales activities by identifying and contacting new prospects;
  • Identify, define and maintain relationship with prospects and targeted clients;
  • Setup, structure and manage a sales funnel;
  • Setup and animate business development and client feedback campaigns;
  • Conduct in-person interview based market study by continent;
  • Identify and report the customer needs to Product and Engineering Teams;
  • Gather Letters of Intent, Sales Contracts or MoU with different types of client (private, airline, lessor,…);
  • Setup and deliver monthly LOI/sales/leads reports.

Job Requirements

✈   About you:

  • Experience in aircraft sales or business development, private/business aviation a plus;
  • Well connected in the business aviation ecosystem (owners, users, airlines,…) a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team and autonomy/ownership is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, empathy, ability to work in a startup environment.
  • Curious, autonomous, ambitious and willing to break codes / An attraction for entrepreneurship
